Systems Supervisor (OK)

General Summary of the Systems Supervisor position:

Primary responsibility will be to define, lead, assist with implementation, and provide project management for Customer Facing Systems projects.
Hands on product modeling role along with providing leadership to and development of the systems staff.
Communication of the projects in the business unit and within the company will be vital.
Other duties will involve working on other business unit specific IT initiatives and helping to coordinate corporate projects.

As a Systems Supervisor the principal duties & responsibilities would include:

  • Work with Sales/Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing within the business unit along with corporate IT to develop and maintain customer facing systems
  • Identify, define, and prioritize customer facing systems projects
  • Determine and allocate required resources during the course of projects
  • Has the ability to provide backup to the System Specialists when required
  • Engage in activities to support and maintain current systems, including modeling, issue management, testing, providing back-up, communication, and change management.
  • Communicate business unit programming needs to the centralized IT department as needed
  • Work closely with IT programmers to implement changes in an efficient and timely manner
  • Supervise, lead, direct, and train staff.
    Training includes the ability to train others on complex tasks and concepts.
  • Solid understanding of the entire order to cash process and how changes affect the process flow
  • Often responsible for identifying, documenting and implementing changes that need to be made in current procedures or processes

The Systems Supervisor would also have business unit specific duties & responsibilities that would include:

  • Drive the business unit needs in the next generation of customer facing systems
  • Has strong interpersonal skills that help build strong relationships with coworkers and customers.
    Is able to effectively resolve conflicts.
    Is able to constructively offer feedback and ideas for improvements in processes, systems, and other areas relating to customer facing systems.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Ability to understand the application of the products we sell along with our go-to-market strategies.

To be considered for the Systems Supervisor position, the job qualifications are:

  • Work requires extensive technical or specialized training such as that which would be acquired in the first two or three years of college or technical school.
  • Between 3 - 5 years of work experience is required.
  • Must have the ability to work in both a collaborative environment and independently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
