Primary Duties include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Prospect file follow ups.
Professional personal appearance.
(Business casual dress code and grooming standard) Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
Maximizing customer satisfaction.
Help in the best interest of the company to make a sale.
Helping a customer find a vehicle that would suit their need and close the sale Greeting customers, making sure they are attended Ensure that customers web inquiries are responded in a timely manner.
Keeping up with knowledge of the inventory.
Stay up to date with available cars on the lot.
Making sure the Dealership's lot, showroom and bathroom is neat (check-ups) Working with the front office and sales personnel to ensure high sales penetration.
Be an example to others, follow the company's policies.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required Maintain professional demeanor while on job.
All dealership's paperwork stays at the dealership for privacy purposes.
Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
