Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and their needs are addressed Greet customers during scheduled meetings, creating a positive and welcoming environment Maintain accurate customer information and update records efficiently Manage equipment records for new installations with proper coding Process customer requests Resolve inquiries from external customers Manage general day-to-day office related tasks Requirements:
