There will be office work combined with hands-on dog care, as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails Scheduling appointments Keeping booking software up to date with pertinent information Consulting with clients Taking payments Scanning and filing documents Sending appointment reminders Cleaning up dogs' accidents Playing and cuddling with dogs Assisting co-workers when grooming as needed Taking photos of dogs Skills needed:
Positive communication and customer service skills Team-player Multi-tasking Calming energy with animals On the job training available, no experience required but preferred.
We are open Monday 8 AM- 2 PM and Tuesday-Saturday 8 AM-6 PM.
Full availability not required.
We are optimally looking to hire for 25 hours per week with a midday schedule.
